In accordance with Hawaii State law, A Condo with a View and The Cliffs Resort are non-smoking properties.  No smoking is permitted inside the condos or on the lanais.  However, there are 4 designated smoking areas on The Cliffs Resort grounds.

Sorry, no pets permitted.

Deposits:

Deposit of 1/2 total rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.  Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.


Cancellations and Refunds:

Deposits are refunded in full with 45 days prior notification.  One night rental fee will be withheld with 14 days prior notification. One-half total rental withheld with 13 or less days prior notification.  All  cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


Other fees:

Damage to condo or furniture, missing towels or furnishings, excessive cleaning, long distance phone calls or for lost keys will be billed accordingly for payment to your credit card.
